Principal Construction Solicitor An experienced Principal Construction Solicitor is required to work as a Principal Construction Solicitor within a London construction team of a UK wide law firm. The role will require working upon a caseload whilst working with Partners on market leading work providing excellent client contact at the highest levels. This is an outstanding career opportunity for a very Senior Construction Solicitor to work in a firm without any glass ceilings and who encourage career development. The work is provided by a range of clients from both private and public sector who engage with some of the largest infrastructure projects and developments including large PFI projects across the country. The wide and diverse nature of the work involves collaboration across a wide range of legal disciplines but, the Principal Construction Solicitor, this role's core focus will be advising on non contentious construction matters involving all aspects of contract documentation. Skills required include excellent drafting and negotiating abilities from cradle to grave on multi mullion pound PFI and infrastructure projects across sectors such as health and housing. Excellent technical knowledge of construction contracts is essential, combined with excellent interpersonal skills and highly astute commercially. Salary to £90,000 + bonus + flexible benefits + hybrid working
