What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-end, fine dining or Michelin-recommended kitchen.Deep respect and knowledge of Japanese produce, seasonality , and culinary techniques.An understanding of the cultural values that shape Japanese hospitality and kitchen conduct.Creative, hands-on leadership with the ability to train and inspire junior chefs.Strong organisational skills and calmness under pressure.A meticulous eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to quality.
