BMS Commissioning Engineer
BMS Commissioning Engineer Location: Essex / London / Regional Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Package: Company car or car allowance + private healthcare + pension + 23 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off + hybrid working Commission the systems that make modern buildings work. We're looking for a BMS Commissioning Engineer to join a growing engineering team delivering intelligent building and controls solutions. This is a hands-on technical role covering commissioning, software, controls and HVAC systems. Responsibilities Commission BMS control systems. Set up controllers, sensors and field devices. Test HVAC control sequences. Modify software and control strategies. Carry out point-to-point testing. Diagnose and resolve commissioning issues. Complete commissioning documentation. Work closely with project managers and site teams. Attend customer meetings when required. Support handover and client training. Experience Previous BMS commissioning experience. Strong understanding of HVAC controls. Experience with Trend, Tridium or similar BMS systems. Ability to interpret control schematics. Strong fault-finding skills.
