Senior Telecoms Business Development Manager UK Remote with Travel £70,000 - £80,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance + Progression + Autonomy + Pension + Holidays + Laptop + Phone Are you a high-performing telecoms sales professional with an established network and the ability to generate revenue from day one? This is a standout opportunity for a senior-level Business Development Manager to join a growing, specialist telecommunications integrator where your contacts, expertise and commercial drive will have an immediate impact. The company is a highly regarded network solutions provider working with major organisations across defence, utilities and critical national infrastructure. With a strong portfolio of cutting-edge technologies and services, they are now looking for a commercially driven individual who can open doors, win new business and drive strategic growth. In this role, you will take full ownership of new business generation across the UK. You will leverage your existing relationships, develop new opportunities and position a broad portfolio of telecoms and infrastructure solutions into high-value clients. This is a role with real autonomy, where your success is directly reflected in uncapped earnings. This position offers the opportunity to shape your own pipeline, work with leading technologies and play a key role in the company's continued expansion. The Role:
- Drive new business development across the UK, leveraging existing industry contacts to generate immediate opportunities
- Develop and execute your own sales strategy, pipeline and client engagement approach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators, CNI organisations and enterprise clients
- Sell a broad portfolio including LoRaWAN, cellular connectivity, IP networking, synchronisation/timing, and smart infrastructure solutions
- Represent the business as a senior ambassador, leading commercial discussions and closing high-value deals
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions and support successful project outcomes
- Proven senior Business Development / Sales professional within the telecoms sector
- Strong existing network and ability to generate business from day one is essential
- Track record of consistently winning new business and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling complex telecoms, network or infrastructure solutions into enterprise or CNI markets
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline, strategy and schedule
- Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
