After-school Nanny in NW1, Job ID J1DE2A
This lovely family in St John’s Wood, London, is looking for an After-school Nanny to care for their two school-aged children. The role involves all general nanny duties. They are seeking a reliable and experienced nanny who is confident working with children of this age group. The ideal candidate will be fun, engaging, and kind, while also able to set clear boundaries when needed. The family would like someone who can help reinforce good habits, encourage tidiness, maintain routines, and create a supportive and structured after-school environment. A valid first-aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm | Days can be flexible for the right nanny | More hours during school holidays can be provided.
Duties include:
- Arranging age-appropriate activities for the children
- Collecting the children from school and managing school runs
- Preparing and serving meals
- Assisting with homework and educational support
- Taking the children to the park and planning fun activities while parents are working
- Organising and escorting the children on playdates
- Supporting extracurricular activities such as sports and clubs
