Nanny/ Office Assistant, Job ID J1D511
A lovely family in Banstead is looking for a full-time Nanny/Office Assistant to help care for their two toddlers and support the household. The role includes typical childcare duties, cooking healthy meals for the children, and handling light nanny-related administrative tasks. A valid first aid qualification is required. While not essential, it would be a bonus if the candidate can drive and is comfortable around pets, as the family has a friendly Labrador.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6 pm
Duties include:
- Nursery drop-offs and pick-ups
- Light tidying up after the children, including play areas and bedrooms
- Washing, ironing, and organising the children’s clothes and linens
- Cooking and preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Engaging the children in age-appropriate play, creative activities, and educational games
- Supporting the children’s daily routines, including naps, bath time, and bedtime preparation
- Reading to the children and encouraging early literacy and language development
- Planning and preparing activities or outings to support social and emotional development
- Communicating daily updates to parents about the children’s activities, routines, and any concerns
- Make phone calls
- Draft emails
- Speak to customers
- Update computer systems
The ideal start date is on the 25th of August 2025.
