We’re seeking a Administrative Assistant to support our client.This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional with up to 3 years’ experience, looking to develop analytical, communication, and project management skills in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with global teams and partners to coordinate events and campaigns.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and marketing materials.

  • Assist with program analysis and track impact metrics.

  • Provide admin and project support across multiple initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in corporate engagement or events

  • Strong analytical skills — written, verbal, and data-driven.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
