Senior Sales Assistant
Aimé is looking for a confident, friendly, dynamic Senior Sales Assistant to join our small but growing team in Notting Hill, London
Main Duties of the Senior Sales Assistant:
- Supporting the management team with the day-to-day running of the store
- Key holder and may be asked to open and close the store from time to time
- Supporting with the management of the store team
- Maximising sales, reaching personal and store targets through confident advice and styling.
- Providing the highest level of luxury customer service to all Aimé clients
- Taking initiative to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, through the use of personal clientele books and email/phone contact
- Maintaining the shop floor and store presentation to a consistently high standard
- Processing deliveries in a timely and organised fashion
- Participating in regular brand training to ensure up-to-date product knowledge
What Aimé is looking for:
- Experience in luxury fashion retail
- Proven experience in a leadership role.
- Confident, friendly, creative and dynamic
- A natural ability to confidently make sales and build an instant rapport with clients
- Familiarity and passion for the brands in question
- Interest and knowledge in current fashion and trends
- Ability to work well in a small team and juggle several tasks at once
