The Role
We are looking for an Arrivals & Departures Integration Manager to join our fantastic Games Services team, and contribute to the success of a globally significant event, working within a collaborative, fast-paced team committed to delivering excellence to our stakeholders.
Job Summary:
As Arrivals & Departures Integration Manager you will work closely with internal Functional areas to support the integration of an embedded delivery partner within the Glasgow 2026 organisational structure and to provide assurance of operational readiness. You will support the contract management of a high‑performing supplier to plan and deliver arrivals and departures programme for all entitled client groups, ensuring services are aligned with Games requirements, standards and timelines.
During Games time, you will act as the Organising Committee’s internal lead point of contact for arrivals and departures operations, supporting effective integration, overseeing service delivery, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless, safe and positive experience for clients at point of entry and exit.
Key Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role you will ideally bring experience working in a customer focused operation, with the proven ability to effectively lead and manage a team. Alongside this you will possess strong IT skills and a detail-conscious, articulate, and well-organised approach to your work. You will be comfortable delivering in a fast-paced, changing environment, demonstrating a dynamic, self-motivated and innovative mindset, with the ability to remain effective under pressure.
You will bring flexibility and adaptability, continuously identifying and implementing improvements to systems and processes to enhance efficiency and output. You will be experienced in managing multiple tasks and deadlines within a dynamic setting, and confident in working with and influencing a range of internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and support effective joint decision-making.

Salary: Starting salary is from £36,050. Salary offered will be based on demonstrated skills and experience related to this role.
