What will you be doing
Activities include but are not limited to:
· Strategic Planning: The Chief of Staff works with management team to develop the strategic plan for the business and then tracks the execution and achievement of milestones. This includes mergers, acquisitions, partnerships as well as key product road maps.

The role requires the ability to draw conclusions, socialize findings and create a path for decision making.

This requires a high degree of interpersonal skills, sensitivity and maturity in negotiating resolutions to conflicts. The ability to build a network of relationships across the organization is essential to success.
· Communication: From company town halls to private letters to individuals, the Chief of Staff is responsible for creating communications from executive management. Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to adapt the “tone of voice” of different executives is extremely important to the role.
Skills and Experience
· 5 years plus experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or private equity roles with progressive levels of seniority.
· Prior related experience in energy markets, publishing, or information services is preferred.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated high level of professionalism and initiative.
