The KS1 Teacher will deliver an engaging curriculum designed to foster creativity, independence, and problem-solving skills. Working closely with supportive colleagues, the KS1 Teacher will help pupils transition smoothly into the rigours of KS2 while maintaining a balance between academic achievement and emotional growth.
The successful KS1 Teacher will have:
• QTS or international equivalent.
• Strong understanding of KS1 curriculum and child-centred pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with pupils and parents.
