The Role

As a Delivery Manager at Definia , you will play a central role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical projects and services for our clients.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you will:

• Shape effective delivery environments, build trusted relationships, and ensure both clients and associates feel supported and empowered.
• You will lead consulting engagements, monitor performance, champion delivery excellence, and ensure governance and reporting are robust and insightful.
• You will also contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities and partnering with sales and leadership teams to create compelling proposals.
• Above all, you will ensure that every engagement delivers genuine value and a positive experience for everyone involved.
