Assistant Club Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
As Assistant Club Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
Focus on the rejuvenation of the restaurant & Six Senses Place F&B service experience. Maintain a positive & supportive relationship with the culinary and beverage team.
Products and services will be constantly assessed and reviewed to remain relevant, innovative and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
Focus and review regularly through my physical presence in my department, our rigorous adherence to LQA standards.
Responsible for an exceptional guest experience service in the Club.
Effectively carry out service recovery or charge our hosts to do so in the event of guest complaints.
Responsible for inspecting the department and guests’ orders on a regular basis and ensuring any maintenance and product improvements are actioned within the designated time frame.
Lead a team of engaged and experienced hosts to provide the Six Senses' exceptional standards of service.
Be responsible and ensure that Six Senses Place F&B amenities, menus and wine lists will remain relevant and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.

Qualifications
To execute the position of Assistant Club Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in a luxury environment with proven results and includes the following:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar luxury food and beverage environment proven references.
Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I keep myself updated with the latest trends in fitness and wellness.
Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
