We're on the lookout for reliable Receptionists and Runners to join our freelance talent pool – with roles ranging from ongoing contracts to on-the-day bookings across TV, film, production, post, and creative agencies. Roles Available:
- Receptionists – Front of house for leading creative businesses. You’ll be the first point of contact, welcoming guests, handling calls, managing meeting rooms, and keeping things running smoothly.
- Runners – Support behind the scenes at production companies, studios, and edit houses. Expect varied tasks, from office admin to studio errands – no two days are the same.
You’ll Need:
- A proactive, can-do attitude and friendly manner
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Confidence using phones, email, and basic office tech
- Previous reception or runner experience (ideal but not essential)
- Availability for short-notice and longer-term bookings
