We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an AV Investment & Trading Account Executive to join our high-performing Investment team. This is an entry-level role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, perfect for someone who is numerate, commercially minded, and eager to build a career in media.

In this role, you’ll support both investment and client teams with essential administrative tasks, helping to keep projects on track and deadlines on point . You’ll quickly become a key contributor to campaign delivery, while also developing your negotiation skills to drive value for ARM clients.

How you will make an impact

We’re looking for a driven self-starter with a background in business or finance, strong organisational and communication skills , and a genuine enthusiasm for media. You’ll bring a quick-learning mindset , a creative approach to problem-solving , and a natural ability to thrive in a varied, fast-moving environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Co-ordination of the agency buying teams to ensure value delivery, quality delivery and reconciliations are being achieved

• Monitor the monthly and annual trading positions of clients by media owner

• Supply the buying teams with all the relevant AV information required to produce TV plans

• Co-ordinate and run a weekly buyers’ meeting

• Problem solving basic trading issues and escalate when needed

• Regular liaison with media owners to ensure all administrative duties are being carried out

• Tracking of market conditions to identify opportunities for our clients

• Regular liaison between the Trading Team and Finance to mitigate against invoice and/or account queries

• Proactively read the trade press and share relevant information internally

• Proficient in basic admin including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Required systems you will be trained on : DS Media, Caria, Media Explorer, Echo & TechEdge AdDynamix, Mediatel, Profiles, TGI
