High Value Campaign Senior Manager
The Talent Set are hugely excited to partner with Breast Cancer Now to find a Senior Manager to drive the most ambitious high-value Fundraising campaign in the Charity's history.
This role will be at the heart of delivering a transformative £60M Campaign to accelerate progress for people affected by metastatic breast cancer. With an incredible Campaign Board assembled and seven-figure gifts already secured, we're looking for a strategic & organised Senior Manager to help drive this landmark initiative.
The role
This role is central to the delivery of a major, multi year fundraising campaign - owning the Campaign plan, coordinating activity across multiple pillars, and ensuring the engine of the Campaign runs smoothly and effectively. Working closely with senior leadership, pillar leads, Relationship Managers and the Campaign Board, you'll manage planning, logistics, communications, performance tracking and internal engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the Campaign project plan, ensuring activity is delivered, recorded and reportable.
- Oversee Campaign infrastructure, governance and cross team coordination.
- Plan and deliver Campaign Board meetings and Board facing communications.
- Drive internal Campaign communications and influence stakeholders across the directorate.
- Support senior leadership with Campaign Chair activity (non donor facing).
- Coordinate with High Value Events and lead the Volunteer Leaders Taskforce.
- Track Campaign performance, KPIs and budget planning.
- Lead internal Campaign meetings including Steering Group, Programme Board and weekly Campaign sessions.
You'll work closely with:
- The CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
- Internal colleagues across High value partnerships & campaign, marketing, communications, finance, legal, compliance & governance team.
- Campaign Board, Senior Volunteers and high value partners.
- Breast Cancer Now researchers, scientists and nurses, including the Breast Cancer Now Toby Robins Research Centre and Breast Cancer Now Biobank.
About you
We're looking for a confident project manager with experience in fundraising, philanthropy or major campaigns, bringing exceptional organisation, stakeholder management and strategic thinking. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with senior leaders, high value donors and trustees, with strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Essential experience includes:
- Project management within fundraising, major campaigns or philanthropy.
- CRM experience for monitoring and performance tracking.
- Working across complex, fast moving environments.
- Stakeholder management at senior levels.
- Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Understanding of major donor fundraising, corporate partnerships and trusts/foundations.
