Salary : Competitive Salary Package
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, Friday 8:30am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 4:30pm (day in lieu).
Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic estate agency team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property and a flair for sales to thrive in a fast paced and rewarding environment. As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be the key point of contact for buyers and vendors, responsible for generating new business, arranging and conducting viewing and progressing sales through to completion.
D uties will include:
- Register and quality new applicants.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Generate new business through, canvassing, call outs and referrals.
- Negotiator offers between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and provide professional advice.
- Achieve personal and branch sales targets.
- Support the team with marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures.
Skills required:
- Previous experience in residential sales pr a strong sales background (property experience preferred, but not essential).
- Confident, enthusiastic and target driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Organised, proactive and able to work well under pressure.
