Head Chef - London (40 hours, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., overtime available)

As Head Chef, you’ll:

• Lead and develop your kitchen team, fostering inclusion, engagement, and excellence.
• Deliver the Client Food Program to the highest standards — from menu design to plate presentation.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Create inspiring, seasonal, plant-forward menus aligned with client nutrition principles.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive efficiency while maintaining exceptional quality.
• We’re looking for someone with at least three years’ experience as a Head Chef, a passion for innovation, and the ability to lead with energy and vision.
