2nd Line IT Support
- Provide second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving complex IT problems to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with the technology team to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Document and escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams or third-party vendors.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
- Support the implementation of new technologies within the organisation.
- Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT systems and best practices.
