Change Communications Manager - IT/Systems Change

Reporting to the Change Lead the role involves but is not limited to:

  • Working cross functionally both upwards and with the programme/project teams to build & roll out robust change communications plans
  • Lead and facilitate workshops to identify key stakeholder groups, complete Change Impact Assessments and conduct Training Needs Analysis capture.
  • Support the business change lead to identify and build relationships across the organisation to create channels that enable feedback to flow in and out of the business unit to ensure there is understanding of business priorities/adoption etc.
  • Work closely with the Change Analysts and PMO to ensure timely delivery of information, dashboards and reports
  • Help to develop, sponsor and promote a programme 'brand' with standards and consistency
  • Support the Lead to develop an appropriate and proportionate assessment for business readiness - ensuring that it is built into every go live to ensure all boxes are ticked before progressing
  • Support the Lead to identify / deal with resistance to change through a variety of change interventions
  • Write clear, concise and meaningful communications when required
  • Deliver other activities related to supporting the programme to ensure users are ready for the programme changes
