Graphic Designer
Located in the heart of the City, Eataly London is a diverse, multi-outlet operation that harmoniously combines retail, restaurants, bars, and various other departments to create an exceptional guest experience. Location: London EC2M 3YD (Fully On-site – no hybrid or remote work available)

Eataly London is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team! In this exciting role, you will work alongside our current in-store graphic designer to craft visually compelling graphics that bring our brand to life — from print and digital assets to in-store signage and social media content.

Key Responsibilities
- Design Eataly-branded materials across digital, print, and in-store platforms.
- Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team on campaign rollouts and store-wide projects.
- Produce compelling in-store signage for events, photoshoots, and daily promotions.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure adherence to design guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Hands on approach to the cutting, mounting, lifting, and fixing of communications and creative materials in the store.
- Ensuring in person, during walk arounds, that displays are attractive and impactful.
- Works alongside different departments to creatively promote Eataly and its products and services online and in store.
- Demonstrate significant Marketing and Graphic Design experience. Visual Merchandising experience would be beneficial.
- Previous experience within the hospitality industry is preferable.
- Creative eye and exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, and Acrobat.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends as needed.
- Right to work in the UK.
