4-WEEK SABBATICAL| After every 5 years here you will receive an additional 4 weeks off to spend it doing whatever you want.

About The Role
BREWDOG ARE ON THE HUNT FOR A DELIVERY & LOGISTICS ASSISTANT MANAGER!
We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer and customer service at all times. And now, we're looking for a Delivery & Logistics Assistant Manager to join our team.
In this role you'll support the General Manager in the running of the site, with a particular focus on stock, logistics, operational standards, and continuous improvement. You'll lead a small team and be responsible for ensuring deliveries, stock movements, storage standards, and venue logistics are managed efficiently and effectively. You'll also support the wider management team in driving operational performance through accurate reporting, stock control, waste reduction, and process improvement.

You'll lead by example, creating a culture of accountability, organisation, and high standards while helping your team grow and develop within the business.
You'll be part of an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate and confident individuals working across the bar, floor, kitchen, and logistics teams. Some with vast amounts of beer knowledge, some with years of operational experience, and some fresh into the industry. Your job is to be the glue that keeps the operation moving, ensuring teams have the products, equipment, and support they need to succeed while continuously looking for opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support profitability.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a mix of hands-on operational work and reporting, and takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards behind the scenes to help deliver world-class experiences for our guests.
