Role Information
The school is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide first- and second-line technical support. You will maintain hardware and software systems, support classroom technology, and assist staff and students with technical issues.
The role also involves supporting network security, device management, and contributing to future IT development projects.
Requirements
• Experience in an IT support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows, networks, and hardware
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in an educational setting desirable
