About the team

Our Commercial Finance team plays a crucial role in driving the success of the business by managing budgets, forecasting performance, and providing strategic insights. We ensure financial stability and support our business partners in decision-making.

The impact you’ll have:

To support loveholidays’ mission to open the world to everyone, this business partnering position will be instrumental in working with key stakeholders across marketing, supply, offline sales, revenue management, trading and other finance teams. This is a fast-paced role and requires a structured thinker and strong problem solver.

The role is based in Hammersmith, London and will report to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager.

Your day-to-day:
  • Proactively work with business teams to ensure they have the right KPIs to measure performance

  • Provide detailed financial analysis including creation of financial models to support strategic and operational decision making

  • Offer insights into financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities, recommending actions to improve performance and presenting to senior finance and business stakeholders

  • Partner with and challenge the business during preparation of Quarterly Forecasts and Annual Budgets

  • Support the month end process by providing commercial insight and commentary, and assessing risks and opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects


Your skillset:

  • Qualified Accountant (minimum 2+ years post qual)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting

  • Excellent stakeholder management experience

  • Organised, task focused and will go the extra mile to get things done

  • TA Screening - 30 mins

  • 1st Stage with Senior Finance Manager (45mins)

  • 2nd Stage with Head of Business Partnering and Senior Finance Manager with case study presentation (1hr) and with representatives from the business (30mins)

  • 3rd Stage with VP of Commercial Finance (30mins)
