Deliver regular product performance analysis, including dashboards and deep-dive reviews, to identify opportunities for improvement; and work collaboratively to deliver any recommended changes.
Act as the team's strategic lead on a major systems re-platforming programme, driving requirements that unlock product portfolio improvements and enable future customer-centric product innovation.
Identify and execute opportunities to rationalise or migrate products at a global book level, improving customer experience and commercial performance.
Ensure robust product oversight and governance, with clear processes, policies and controls in place; and regular reviews that support regulatory compliance and good customer outcomes.
Oversee risk management for the Product & Proposition function, including monitoring, controlling, and resolving product-related risk incidents.
Manage the Product Approval Process, ensuring tools, templates, and support are in place to enable effective decision-making across the business.
Lead annual assessments to ensure our products continue to deliver fair value to target customers, and that any required actions are completed.
Manage and develop a Product Governance and Risk Specialist, prioritising workload and supporting career growth in alignment with global and local strategic objectives.
