Temporary Receptionist
We’re seeking a professional, proactive Receptionist to manage a busy front desk and ensure the smooth running of the offices. This is a standalone, fully office-based Receptionist role (9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday) - ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and providing first-class Reception service in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all reception duties, including answering calls and greeting guests
- Handling room bookings and setting up meeting rooms and events
- Coordinating visitors’ travel arrangements when required
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors, and maintaining office supplies
- Restocking and maintaining kitchen areas
- Ensuring reception and communal areas remain tidy and presentable at all times
- Maintaining confidentiality
About You:
- Experienced in a corporate, fast-paced reception environment
- Professional, polite, and outgoing with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently in a standalone role
