Legal Document Production Specialist / Workflow Coordinator
London (Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
6-Month Contract (with strong potential to go permanent)
⏰ Flexible hours: 8:30am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm
Salary: £48,000
Join a leading global law firm and become a key member of their high-performing document production team . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Document Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving formatting challenges, and takes pride in delivering polished, client-ready work.
You’ll play an important role in supporting lawyers with short-turnaround documents (under an hour) , handling complex formatting, and ensuring documents are accurate, consistent, and professional.
This is initially a 6-month contract with a genuine opportunity to become permanent.

What you’ll do:
- Handle quick-turnaround document production and editing tasks.
- Troubleshoot formatting and technical issues.
- Partner with colleagues on larger, more complex jobs.
- Ensure all work meets the firm’s exceptionally high quality standards .
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a legal or professional services document production role .
- Excellent MS Word and template skills.
- A confident communicator who stays calm under pressure.
- Availability to work 2 days per week in the London office .
