Role Overview
As a Rugby Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by selling access to some of the most sought‑after rugby fixtures on the calendar, including the Six Nations , Autumn Internationals , and major domestic and European competitions. You will receive full training, benefit from uncapped commission, and have clear opportunities for progression within a rapidly expanding organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive outreach to senior decision‑makers
- Manage and develop a personal portfolio of client accounts
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
Candidate Profile
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- 1-2 years sales experience with a proven track record
- Highly self‑motivated, target‑driven, and resilient
- Able to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, competitive environment
- Strong interest in rugby and the wider sports hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Enthusiastic, coachable, and committed to continuous development
