Technologist/Technical Architect
London-based studio | Full-time, office-based
Salary range: £30,000 â £50,000 depending on experience
Our client, a well-established and design-focused architectural practice, is seeking a talented Architectural Technologist or Technical Architect to join their growing team.
With a strong pipeline of residential projects across London and the South East, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative studio where technical expertise is highly valued and career development is actively supported.
About the Role
Youâll be responsible for the technical delivery of residential projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and coordination through RIBA Stages 3â5. You'll be working closely with both internal teams and external consultants, contributing to the success of each project from design development through to site.
What They're Looking For
Proven experience in UK-based residential projects
Excellent Revit skills (essential)
Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Confident producing full working drawing packages and coordinating across disciplines
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail
