Warehouse and Roasting Assistant

% ΔRΔBICΔ, a globally recognised Japanese specialty coffee brand, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse and Roasting Assistant to join our team in London.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of our roasting and logistics operations, supporting daily coffee production, maintaining inventory, fulfilling orders and ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Role Overview: As a Warehouse and Roasting Assistant, you’ll support both the technical side of coffee roasting and the operational side of warehouse and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily coffee roasting operations, following set roast profiles and quality protocols
• Maintain roasting equipment and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
• Receive, inspect, and store green coffee beans, packaging, and supplies
• Accurately track inventory and stock levels using inventory systems
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and well-organised
• Prepare and dispatch orders to our shops and B2B customers
• Support deliveries, logistics coordination, and ongoing warehouse improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine interest in specialty coffee and a willingness to learn
• Previous experience in coffee roasting, warehouse operations, or production preferred
• Strong attention to detail, with good organisational and time management skills
• Comfort working in a physical, fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise tasks effectively
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with inventory systems or order platforms (basic computer skills required- training provided)
• Passion for the coffee industry, with interest in its trends and future directions
