A maternity nurse role in West London supporting first-time parents with newborn care, routine and confidence-building, including regular weekend travel.

Job Summary
A first-time family based in W11 are seeking an experienced Maternity Nurse to support them with the arrival of their baby. Mum is hoping to breastfeed and would value guidance and support as she finds her rhythm. Establishing a clear and consistent routine will be an important part of the role, as this will help create structure and confidence in the early weeks. The family would particularly value a maternity nurse who takes a thoughtful, teaching-led approach—someone able to guide them through newborn care with clarity and confidence, while remaining supportive and approachable. The role will include regular weekend travel to the family’s home in the Cotswolds. There are two cats in the household, so the candidate must be comfortable around pets. This position will suit a calm, focused and professional maternity nurse who is attentive to the baby’s needs and able to work respectfully within the family’s preferred style and boundaries.

• Providing 24-hour care for a newborn
• Supporting breastfeeding and early feeding routines
