We're looking for a curious and driven Full Stack Software Engineer to help us build and support a wide range of financial software solutions. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced front office environment, where your work will directly impact how we operate and innovate.

You'll be part of a collaborative team that values clean code, thoughtful design, and continuous learning. Whether you're enhancing client-facing tools or streamlining internal workflows, you'll have the opportunity to shape solutions from the ground up.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across research, trading, and corporate broking to understand their needs and deliver meaningful outcomes. From designing scalable applications to integrating intelligent automation, your contributions will help us move faster and smarter.

We're especially excited about engineers who are exploring how AI tools—like LLMs and copilots—can enhance development and improve user experience. If you've been experimenting with prompt engineering or using AI to accelerate your workflow, we'd love to hear about it.

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of the full software development lifecycle: designing, building, testing, and deploying applications that solve real business problems. You'll also contribute to workflow automation and the integration of modern AI services to boost efficiency and reduce manual effort.

You'll collaborate with analysts, architects, and engineers to ensure solutions are robust, secure, and scalable. And you'll be part of a team that values peer reviews, shared learning, and continuous improvement.

Core skills and knowledge

• Proficient in C#, .NET, Python, SQL, and TypeScript
• Experience with Azure PaaS (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, APIM, etc.)
• Skilled in front-end frameworks like Angular or React
• Familiar with integrating OpenAI / Azure AI Services APIs
• Comfortable using AI productivity tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
• Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (ARM, Terraform, Bicep)
• Experience with databases like CosmosDB, PostgreSQL, Azure DataLake
• Exposure to CRM platforms and API integrations (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce)
• Knowledge of ETL automation and Azure DevOps pipelines

As part of our collaborative & agile culture, our working week is 4 days in the office and one day remote.
