After-school Nanny, Job ID J1D78F
A wonderful family in the South Hampstead area is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their two school-aged children. They are seeking someone warm, engaging, and reliable, with either a background in education or a strong interest in the arts, music, or creative activities. The role includes general childcare duties and light housekeeping related to the children. A full driving licence would be an advantage but is not essential. The family has a strong preference for Greek speakers, though English-speaking candidates will also be considered.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, approximately 20 hours per week
Duties include:
- Collecting the children from school
- Preparing simple, healthy meals for the children
- Assisting with washing and dressing the children
- Supervising homework and promoting a love of learning
- Organising and participating in after-school activities with the children
- Planning recreational activities to support the children’s physical and mental development
- Helping maintain a structured yet enjoyable after-school routine
- Keeping the children’s environment clean and tidy
- Engaging the children in activities such as arts, crafts, and board games
- Taking the children to parks and playgrounds
They are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
