Junior Clientelling Image & Mood Boards Stylist
Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a Junior Clientelling Image & Mood Boards Stylist to join its Private Shopping team in their Head Office space in Knightsbridge.
About the role… As a Junior Clientelling Image & Mood Boards Stylist, you’ll play a key part in shaping how we visually connect with our clients. Supporting a personalised, high-touch luxury service, you’ll combine creativity, empathy, and style to create image and mood boards that bring our product stories to life and strengthen customer relationships.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn more about luxury product, clienteling, and digital design. You will:
Explore how clienteling assets such as image and mood boards are used to deliver personal, memorable customer experiences
Help define product ideas and design goals that support customer engagement, retention, and growth
Create mood boards and visual assets that capture brand tone, style, and product inspiration
Curate visuals including colours, fonts, photography, and layouts that align with service and storytelling goals
Support personal shopping teams by transforming customer insights and feedback into inspiring visual references
Collaborate closely with Buying, CRM, Creative, and Retail teams to ensure a cohesive and intuitive experience across all touchpoints

Interested in clienteling, customer experience, or digital product design
Comfortable using creative tools such as Pinterest, Figma, or Canva
Has a strong visual eye and enjoys building themed collections and mood boards
A team player who’s open to feedback and eager to learn
Passionate about creating warm, beautiful, and user-friendly experiences
Familiar with Salesforce or similar clienteling platforms
Has created mood boards for projects, portfolios, or presentations
Understands basic design or product terminology
Passionate about fashion and always up to date with trends and industry developments
