Opportunity

Our global Oracle Consulting competency is focused on delivering high quality services across the entire systems development lifecycle related to Oracle's e-Business suite, GRC, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, and Oracle's BI and Fusion technologies.

Our experience in complex Oracle delivery enables us to collaborate with our clients to increase the return on investment of their Oracle assets. Your Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Senior Consultant you will have responsibility for designing & delivering key aspects of our projects and transformation programmes within our client base. You will typically be part of a multi-disciplinary EY team, collaboratively working with our clients to help them digitize their business processes by leveraging the latest Oracle technology. We are looking for talented individuals who are comfortable operating across business and IT functions and working effectively with senior client representatives.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Supporting business development and project delivery activities across clients from multiple industries
• Engaging and collaborating with client stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
• Contributing to the development of business cases for technology transformation
• Contributing to an overall solution architecture to deliver leading practice solutions to support the business requirements
• Delivering Oracle solutions where cloud based solutions and on premise legacy applications coexist
• Apply proven project methodology, ideally Oracle OUM
• Contributing to the development of a new business Target Operating Model (ToM)
• Defining IT organisations to support working in a cloud environment
• Deliver strategic and operational Change Management
• System design and delivery including integration management, data migration strategy and management

Role Requirements

• Oracle Cloud / eBusiness Suite Functional Consultant with 3+ years client site consulting experience
• Demonstrate a high level understanding of Oracle eBusiness Suite / Cloud ERP applications.
• Possess strong knowledge of at least one core Oracle functionality: Financials or Supply Chain.
• Have experience of working across the full project lifecycle, from definition to post go live support
• Manage stakeholders using clear communication and be able to form strong client relationships
• Be able to plan and deliver the quality project deliverables

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Business Process Mapping - working with clients to design business processes to be supported by Oracle technology
• Experience with Agile methods preferred (eg. Scrum, Lean, Kanban)
• Functional business requirements gathering
• Defining and executing the functional testing strategies
• Definition and execution of data migration plans
