The Work

• Lead growth in London by setting direction for the Equity Reward advisory and compliance offering and elevating the firm's market presence.
• Win and deliver high-value opportunities by leveraging your network and commercial instincts.
• Advise senior-level stakeholders on share schemes, LTIPs, and tax-efficient equity structures.
• Own key client relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Drive portfolio performance through pricing, WIP management, and profitability.
• Collaborate across the firm with Global Employer Solutions, Tax, and specialist teams.
• Lead and develop people by coaching and mentoring managers and building capability.

What You Need

• ACA / CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong equity reward experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex equity reward engagements.
• Strong business development capability with the ability to originate opportunities and convert them into sustainable client relationships.
• Confidence operating in a fast-paced London market with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience advising listed companies is advantageous.
