Client Event Coordinator (Law Firm)
Brilliant new events opportunity working for a global law firm. We're looking for a creative, highly organised Client Events Coordinator who thrives on delivering exceptional in-person, virtual and hybrid corporate events. From intimate roundtables to flagship hospitality experiences, you'll play a key role in strengthening relationships with leading private capital firms, global companies and industry leaders.
In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with the Business Development and international Events teams to plan and execute end-to-end events across London and Paris. You'll manage everything from venue sourcing and supplier coordination to invitations, attendee tracking and post-event reporting-while building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. This role will see you support on the larger events and lead on your own smaller ones. If you love juggling multiple projects, spotting the perfect venue, and creating seamless, memorable experiences, this is your chance to shine.
We're seeking someone with corporate or professional services events experience, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering best-in-class events. In return, you'll join a collaborative, high-performing team with good progression opportunities. The Head of events (who this role reports into) is well known to us at RCR and is both a lovely person and excellent at what she does, you will learn a lot and have fun along the way.
