About the Role - Graduate SEN Support Assistant
As a Graduate SEN Support Assistant, you will: Graduate SEN Support Assistant
- Provide individualized support to pupils aged 6–16 with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Social & Emotional difficulties, and Moderate Learning Challenges.
- Assist with small-group activities and classroom support.
- Help children develop confidence, independence, and social skills .
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to deliver engaging and tailored learning experiences .

- Up to £600 per week .
- Work Monday to Friday , term-time only—no weekends or school holidays.
- A structured training and induction program led by experienced SEN professionals.

Who We’re Looking For - Graduate SEN Support Assistant
The ideal candidate is:
- A graduate with a minimum 2:2 degree , preferably in Psychology, Education, or a related subject.
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable , able to work effectively in a challenging environment.
- A strong communicator , capable of building positive relationships with children and colleagues.
- Experience in childcare, tutoring, mentoring, or SEN support is a plus but not required.
- Eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
