Senior Business Project Manager
Required Experience:
7+ years of experience leading projects and change initiatives, preferably within (Re)insurance.
Strong end-to-end project management experience across business and technology, including planning, governance, risk and dependency management, resource planning and financial management.
Proven ability to translate strategic direction into execution, including shaping the approach where the path forward is not fully defined.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, working across functions, regions and seniority levels in a complex global organization.
Experience delivering data and business transformation, including organizational and operating model design and implementation.
Nice to have:
Experience in Life & Health (Re)insurance.
Experience with client data or data-driven business initiatives.
Project and change management certifications (e.g. PMP, PROSCI, Scrum)
For London, the base salary range for this position is between GBP 84'000 and GBP 126'000 for a full-time role. The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
