International Indirect Tax Manager

Location: West London
Salary: Up to £105,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 4 days per week, predominantly office-based

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Indirect Tax professional to join a global organisation in West London. This strategic role will lead the management of indirect tax matters across a diverse international footprint, including Europe, the Middle East, India, Africa, and Asia.

Role Overview

As the International Indirect Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of indirect tax from both an advisory and compliance perspective. You will play a key role in shaping tax strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing risk across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on the indirect tax implications of international business transactions
• Develop and implement tax-efficient structures and solutions to optimise global operations
• Oversee all indirect tax reporting and compliance obligations, including VAT/GST filings, e-invoicing, and digital reporting requirements
• Manage indirect tax audits, investigations, and disputes with local tax authorities
• Monitor legislative developments and proactively adapt internal processes to remain compliant
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, and operations to embed tax considerations into commercial decision-making

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded tax professional with:

• Extensive experience in indirect tax across multiple international jurisdictions
• Strong technical knowledge of VAT, GST, and related compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to manage complex audits and resolve disputes effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A hands-on approach and willingness to work closely with teams on-site
