Business Development Manager
Identify upcoming projects and build pipelines well before they reach the open tender market through early stakeholder engagement.
Develop and maintain a strong network of key industry decision-makers, including property agents, landlords, developers, architects, interior designers, quantity surveyors (QSs), and project managers.
Lead client presentations, manage the discovery/briefing phase, and collaborate closely with internal design, estimating, and project delivery teams to shape competitive, value-engineered proposals.
