Tell me more

• Lead and manage finance’s role in a complex, cross-functional data transformation programme, aligning with Operations and Tech teams to resolve data issues at pace.
• Act as the finance lead for finance input into data strategy, clearly communicating goals, priorities, risks, and progress across teams and stakeholders.
• Define requirements for finance data flows for partner and campaign launches, ensuring scalability and readiness for future initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance data processes, controls and onboarding, ensuring clear documentation for the wider finance team.
• Empower and support broader team learning by leading finance data education sessions and embedding best practice standards.
• Take ownership of ad hoc projects across finance and transformation, streamlining reporting and boosting efficiency through automation.
• Provide senior leadership support within the Finance Control & Reporting team and help steer finance transformation during systems change.

What you’ll need

• Senior-level finance experience and professional qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
• Track record of finance project management and leading transformation initiatives
• Great communication skills with the confidence to challenge the status quo
• An eye for detail and a knack for bringing structure to complex data issues
• A collaborative, relationship-first mindset to bring teams together
• Experience managing change, with a drive to continuously improve and automate

The extra details

Role type : Contract (15 months)
Location : London hub (approx. twice per week) & your home space
Salary : £98,000 - £108,000 plus bonus - We're putting our salaries out there for everyone to see - no smoke and mirrors, just honest numbers. We'll offer a salary that matches your skills, always aiming for room to grow.
