We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Manager, Solution Implementation.

 

Senior Manager, Solutions Implementation is accountable for end-to-end delivery of complex Trade solutions to Commercial clients. The role holder needs to support countries and regional implementation teams on deal deployment best practices/technologies, it will also have interlock with Product and Channel on-boarding across GTS.

 

Leading deals with Coverage, Specialist Sales and Deal Structuring, the individual will need to be both technically savvy and commercially experience, capable of effectively managing a diverse range of Functional stakeholders (i.e. Technology, Compliance, Legal, Risk etc.) across a large and geographically diverse matrix-managed organisation in order to delivery complex Open Account as part of the end-to-end Product fulfilment lifecycle. Time-to-market, Time-to-Revenue, Delivery & Commercial Risk mitigation all represent key performance metrics in the role.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Drive innovation and industry best practice in the development & delivery of client implementation methodologies, tools & techniques, leveraging an ever-evolving FinTech Landscape as part of the end-to-end product fulfilment lifecycle. Develop the tools & techniques to support the provisioning, management and troubleshooting of technology-based issues part of client implementation lifecycle and share with regional and country teams
  • Promote a culture of professional, programme/project leadership in global deals and a client-facing delivery environment, with accountability for all implementation activities as part of client transition through the solutions delivery lifecycle to business-as-usual.
  • Build a truly collaborative client-solutioning model, developing the organisational expertise to facilitate the client decision-making process leveraging the optimum technology solution(s), in line with desired product and technical capabilities and overarching business strategy.
  • Drive business strategy development and execution; represent the GTS business in key group-level strategy development initiatives as it relates to the ‘client journey’.
  • Constantly strive to ensure alignment between projects outcomes, clients’ business objectives and internal value-based success criteria / KPIs.
  • Evaluate and improve the ways in which we work, leveraging the Voice of the Customer and employee feedback as part of an ongoing endeavour to maximize agility whilst driving customer satisfaction and overall business value.

 

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Extensive global commercial banking and relationship management experience including an in-depth knowledge of the Trade & Receivables Finance business, specifically Open Account Solutions (Payables & Receivables Financing).
  • Experience in systems architecture, operational efficiency and client management within the context of Financial Services
  • Expert in Project / Programme Management and structuration of projects and initiatives; client-facing technology delivery expertise.
  • Experience building, developing and leading a global team, whilst managing within a complex matrix environment.
  • Highly developed management skills, with experience in team building and managing a wide range of projects on a global scale
  • Strong independent contributor, who is comfortable working in a self-directed mode, on multiple assignments, where the teams will often be global and culturally diverse.
  • Highly developed communication and influencing skills coupled with ability to design and define solutions that add value to customer relationships

 

The base location of this role is  London operating a Hybrid working model.
