Facilities Coordinator
We're looking for a proactive, organised, and hands-on Facilities Coordinator to help keep our offices running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for everything from managing contractors and overseeing health & safety, to keeping our access systems up to date and supporting workplace events. In this role, you'll work closely with senior managers, service providers, and landlords - ensuring our facilities meet high standards and remain safe, efficient, and welcoming for all. What you'll do:
- Oversee onsite contractors and ensure safety compliance.
- Carry out regular audits and support Business Continuity plans.
- Manage building and door access passes.
- Liaise with landlords on security, maintenance, and service charges.
- Support environmental audits and ISO 14001 compliance.
- Help with events, moves, and occasional reception cover. 2+ years in a facilities, office, or similar role.
- Experience supervising hard and soft services.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety (NEBOSH or equivalent a plus).

- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- £14.70 per hour + Sodexo employee benefits package
