Commercial Litigation Solicitor (3 PQE+)
Themis Recruit are pleased to share a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their growing commercial litigation department. About the Team
Our clients Commercial Litigation Department specialises in contentious probate, debt claims, contract disputes, landlord and tenant issues, and more. They foster collaboration with other specialized departments in a supportive environment that promotes teamwork and cooperation.
Their partner-led approach ensures that all matters receive top-notch guidance, while their flexible team structure allows to develop junior members and appropriate workload distribution.
Requirements
As a key member of our clients team, you will deliver exceptional service to clients on a variety of commercial litigation matters, including debt claims, contract disputes, landlord and tenant issues, property disputes, and civil litigation. Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting client interviews to gather instructions
- Advising clients and providing updates on their cases.
- Preparing and delivering relevant documents
- Maintaining well-organised client and matter files with thorough and accurate records
- Addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly, whether in person or over the phone
- Adhering to quality standards and departmental procedures in all matters
- Contributing to the growth of the department through active participation in business development initiatives
