Interim Commercial Manager
- Lead the negotiation, implementation and management of contracts and framework agreements to deliver commercial value and operational efficiencies.
- Manage contract reviews and commercial negotiations throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring continued performance, compliance and value for money.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support business objectives and procurement outcomes.
- Ensure procurement activities align with responsible procurement principles, sustainability objectives and corporate governance requirements.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies, supporting tendering activities, evaluations, contract awards and contract management.
- Act as a key commercial adviser on supplier relationship management, procurement strategy and dispute resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement through the optimisation of procurement processes, systems and technology.
- Produce accurate management information and reporting to support commercial decision-making.
- Support the development and capability of colleagues across the wider procurement and commercial function.
