Curious about what’s next?
So are we. Join Compare the Market and help to make financial decision making a breeze for millions.
At Compare the Market, we’re a purpose-driven business powered by tech and AI. We’re building high-performing, results-driven teams with the skills, mindset, and ambition to deliver outcomes at pace. Every role here plays a part in driving our mission forward, and we create an environment where you can bring your authentic self, grow a truly characterful career, and see the direct impact of your work on the lives of our customers.
We’ve carved a meerkat-shaped niche and we’re looking for ambitious, curious thinkers who thrive in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. If you love accountability, embrace challenge, and want to make a real difference, you’ll fit right in.
What you'll be doing
- Own and deliver our App Store Optimisation (ASO) strategy, identifying and prioritising high-impact opportunities to improve web-to-app conversion, app store visibility and install growth.
- Lead a data-driven experimentation programme, designing and delivering A/B tests, analysing performance and using insights to continuously improve the customer journey and conversion rates.
- Optimise app store listings through keyword research, creative testing and performance analysis, while monitoring competitor activity, rankings, ratings and reviews to maximise discoverability and installs.
- Partner closely with Product, UX, SEO, Content and App Marketing teams to align priorities, remove blockers and deliver acquisition initiatives that support our growth objectives.
Use analytics, search demand and customer behaviour insights to develop actionable recommendations that drive measurable improvements in acquisition performance and user experience.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with proven expertise and demonstratable experience in App Store Optimisation (ASO), alongside experience delivering measurable improvements in web-to-app conversion or similar optimisation initiatives. You’ll also bring knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimisation to the role. You'll have strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, AppTweak or similar platforms to identify trends and opportunities, and a track record of improving app store performance through keyword optimisation, creative testing, ratings and reviews. You'll be confident working independently, setting priorities and influencing stakeholders across Product, UX, SEO, Content and Marketing, with excellent communication skills and a proactive, commercially minded approach.
Why Compare the Market?
We’re a business built for pace and performance. Here, you’ll be encouraged to think differently, act boldly, and deliver brilliantly in a culture that values results and rewards progress.
We believe diverse teams make better decisions, and we’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels empowered to grow, contribute, and thrive.
If you’re ready to stretch yourself, raise the bar, and grow with a team that’s serious about performance, innovation, and purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
