Neighbourhood Housing Lead | £25 per hour umbrella | Temporary Five Point Recruitment is recruiting two Neighbourhood Housing Leads on behalf of L&Q. Role details • Pay: £25 per hour umbrella • Contract: Temporary, up to 12 weeks • Vacancies: Two • Reporting office: Stratford, London • Patch locations include: Bexley, Lewisham, Greenwich and Medway • Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 • Working arrangement: Hybrid/agile, with 20–40% of contractual hours worked from the reporting office/working location The role You will be the main point of contact for residents on your patch, expected to cover around 500–600 homes. Working with L&Q's Housing Management team, you will build trusted relationships and help deliver a consistent, reliable service that improves resident satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: • Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, colleagues and other stakeholders. • Taking ownership of residents' concerns and working with colleagues to resolve problems. • Managing a varied, complex workload and meeting important deadlines. • Following through on commitments to residents and challenging ways of working where needed to achieve better outcomes. • Engaging effectively with a diverse customer base. What we are looking for • Demonstrable experience in a similar housing management or neighbourhood housing role. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • A practical, determined approach to problem-solving and a commitment to good customer service. • Excellent organisation, time management and stakeholder management skills. • A valid driving licence and access to a car for work use. • A Basic DBS certificate, or willingness to apply for one if successful.
