We’re on a mission to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom, armed with our refillable, natural and scent-sational deodorants, body wash, haircare and lip balm – and we’re only just getting started. We launched in 2020 and as a high-growth company we’re already one of Europe’s fastest growing start-ups🚀 So, fancy coming along for the ride?😃
The Role:
We’re looking for a Midweight Designer to join our in-house creative team and help bring Wild’s bold, vibrant brand to life across a range of touchpoints. As an omnichannel brand, the ideal candidate will have experience with both digital direct-to-consumer design, along with physical packaging design.
This is a hands-on design role for someone who’s full of ideas and passionate about creating standout work. You’ll need to be confident taking a brief and running with it, but also happy collaborating with the wider creative team. You’ll work closely with our designers, copywriter, and the wider brand and marketing teams to deliver creative that’s both visually exciting and strategically on point.
Please note this is a mid-level role.
🚀 Some of your responsibilities:
- Design across a wide range of brand touchpoints, including:
- Campaign concepts and rollouts (social, OOH, retail, email)
- Paid and organic social content
- Physical packaging design
- Retail marketing; POS, print ads, email
- Website and email graphics
- Print-ready artwork
- Bring fresh, creative ideas that align with Wild’s brand world and tone of voice
- Collaborate with other designers, our in-house copywriter, and the wider marketing
team - Take ownership of projects, from initial concept to final delivery
- Balance multiple briefs at once in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
🚀 What we need from you:
Please note that we welcome applications from candidates who may not hit every single bullet point on the lists below - if you’re passionate about our mission and feel you have relevant skills and experiences to add value to this role, please submit an application!
- 3+ years of experience in a creative design role (agency or in-house)
- A strong, idea-led portfolio that shows versatility across different formats
- Great layout and typography skills, with a sharp eye for detail
- Experience working across both digital and print design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in and try new things
- Motion skills or experience with Figma are a bonus, but not essential
⚡️What you’ll get from us:
- 25 days holidays + bank holidays + 9 extra remote working days
- Hybrid working, 3 days a week in our shiny new London office
- 4% Company Pension
- Mental well-being support through Spill
- Private healthcare through Vitality
- Weekly early finishes and social events
- Annual L&D budget
- Free breakfast
- Free & discounted Wild products
- 2 x team volunteering days and 2 x personal volunteering days
