We are currently looking for Baristas and Site Leads!

While we are looking for individuals with both coffee and/or supervisor/coaching experience, we are happy to consider and develop applicants who have not been baristas or supervisors in the past if they possess a growth mindset. Role descriptions will vary, depending on which you may be applying for, and we are looking for Baristas and a Site Lead. You

-have previous barista experience, ideally in specialty coffee (not mandatory, interest to learn is the key)

-be able to develop and maintain extensive knowledge of quality products, and communicate those to guests in an approachable manner

-model professionalism through anticipating customer needs and tailoring the service to them, always acting as a host to guests with the aim to provide an experience that is memorable

-cultivate a positive and proactive culture, where goals are achieved through communication and teamwork

-continue to challenge yourself, and expand your own knowledge of both coffee, business, and people, and share knowledge with your fellow team members

** What we offer**

£13 - £14.5 per hour, depending on role and experience. In addition, you can expect meals on shift, free coffee at work and to take home, discounts in-store and online, and social/team events.
